Introducing The Stonewall Legacy Circle
Celebrating 35 Years of LGBTQ+ Philanthropy—and Planning for the Next 35
As a valued Stonewall Fund Partner, we are deeply grateful for your generosity and the bold role you’ve played in shaping our work. In this milestone year, Stonewall’s 35th anniversary, we’re not just celebrating what we’ve achieved together; we’re laying the foundation for the future. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of The Stonewall Legacy Circle, our new initiative to make planned giving simple, meaningful, and movement-aligned for supporters who want their legacy to strengthen LGBTQ+ communities for generations to come.
The Legacy Circle recognizes and honors those who have included Stonewall Community Foundation or their donor-advised fund at Stonewall in their estate plans. If you’ve already done so, we invite you to complete our Planned Gift Notification Form so we can acknowledge your incredible commitment and ensure your intentions are honored.
And if you’re just beginning to explore what legacy giving could look like for you, we invite you to join us at a special event:
Securing Our Legacy: The Launch of The Stonewall Legacy Circle
Thursday, April 3 | 6:00–8:00 PM
Mintz Levin, New York
Free to attend with RSVP
This intimate gathering is a chance to connect with fellow fund partners and explore the intersection of estate planning and values-based investing, especially in times of political uncertainty, when our communities need long-term support more than ever. Hosted by our Executive Director, Elisa Crespo, the evening will include a fireside conversation with:
• Lee Vish, estate planning attorney with deep expertise in LGBTQ+ planning
• Alex Jovanovic, CFP®, Private Client & Investment Manager at Trillium Asset Management
Whether you’re curious about tax-efficient ways to give, looking to align your investments with your values, or ready to take the next step in your philanthropic journey, this event is designed with you in mind. You’ll also have time to connect with the Stonewall team, enjoy refreshments, and meet others in our community who share your vision for a stronger, more liberated future.
Together, we can ensure that LGBTQ+ people are not just remembered, but resourced. We hope to see you on Thursday, April 3. And if you’ve already included Stonewall in your estate plans, please take a moment to fill out our Planned Gift Notification Form so we can welcome you to the Legacy Circle.
