Stonewall Community Foundation is proud to be an official charity partner for the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon! The iconic marathon course sends runners on a tour through all five boroughs of NYC, starting in Staten Island, stretching through Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx before finishing in Manhattan’s iconic Central Park. It’s a 26.2-mile block party through the world’s most diverse city, and we’d love to have you on Team Stonewall. As an official Team Stonewall runner, you’ll have the opportunity to make your marathon meaningful by raising funds for Stonewall’s critical programs and services. In this moment, as LGBTQ+ lives and liberties are under attack, your support will strengthen our movement for years to come.

As a Team Stonewall athlete, you receive

• A coveted slot in the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon

• Ongoing fundraising assistance and support from Stonewall staff, along with a personalized fundraising page

• Official Team Stonewall running jersey and swag

• Free entry to Stonewall’s 2025 Vision Awards gala on Wednesday, June 18 ($600 value)

• Pre-race dinner with Team Stonewall in NYC

Team Stonewall athletes must:

• Commit to raising at least $3,500 by race day, November 2, 2025. All Team Stonewall athletes must sign a fundraising agreement that acknowledges the fundraising requirement and deadline.

• Cover your own marathon registration expenses (approx. $180) as well as travel and lodging if necessary.

• Spread the word to friends, family, and your broader network of your participation in the 2025 NYC Marathon through email, social media, and conversations

• Have the race of a lifetime!
