Funding Opportunities

Stonewall Community Foundation is now accepting proposals for our 2021 Stonewall Quarter Share Grant Cycle. One organization will be awarded a grant of $20,000 this December. This cycle backs small (budget size of $500K or less) organizations that provide direct services to immigrants and refugees; homeless or housing insecure folks; incarcerated and formerly incarcerated people; or other populations disproportionately impacted by the pandemic. Completed proposals are due by noon on Friday, November 19, 2021. You can learn more about eligibility and start an application here.

Other funding opportunities

Impact 100 NYC, a chapter of the premier, global women-led philanthropic movement, is accepting applications that propose an innovative new project or program, or a significant expansion of an existing proven program that will have a high impact or transformational effect on the NYC community. Applicants must have an operating budget of at least $500,000 and below $10,000,000.

Life Comes From It, a grantmaking circle focused on restorative justice, transformative justice, and indigenous peacemaking, is offering small grants to organizations that offer approaches to address violence and repair harm rooted in community solutions. Grants of up to $25K will be offered to convenings, networks or collaborations that enhance movement building.

The application is open through March 2022, and applications will be considered on a rolling basis. Learn more about what they fund and how to apply here.
