Strengthening Your Organization
Our friends at the Andrus Family Fund are hosting a series of workshops on community safety offered by Vision, Change, Win (VCW), a Black-led team of queer and trans people of color who have trained numerous social justice organizations in community-based safety and security.
If you are interested in learning how to de-escalate and navigate conflict within and outside of your organization this training is for you. Additional session topics include safety protocols for events and direct actions, as well as creating a culture of security within your organization.
